Instructions:
To use Clinique Quickliner™ For Eyes Blue Grey Automatic Eyeliner Pencil, simply swivel up only 1/8 inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which can dry it out). Line your eyes, then use the smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge the color to your desired effect. Allow the color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap the pencil securely after using to protect the silky formula. This eyeliner can be used alone or over eyeshadow, and it’s easy to remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
