Instructions:
Before starting, read the enclosed instructions carefully. Begin by mixing the lightening powder and developing crème in a bowl, then add the lightening liquid. Apply the mixture to dry hair, starting at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Leave on for up to 60 minutes, depending on the desired level of lightness. Rinse thoroughly and apply the CC ColorSeal™ conditioner for a final touch of nourishment and shine.
