Instructions:

For the face, start with wet hands and face. Work a dime-sized amount of powder into hands to create a lather. Apply and gently massage face in circular motions for 10 to 20 seconds. For the scalp, start with wet, unwashed hair. Work a quarter-sized amount of powder into wet hands to create a lather. Slide through hair using fingertips to massage into scalp. Leave on scalp for 3-5 minutes for further relief. Rinse and follow with shampoo/conditioner, as needed. Use up to 4 times a week, or as needed.
