Instructions:
1. Use Blinc Tubing Mascara Ultra Volume on CLEAN and DRY lashes (moisturizers, water, etc… may affect performance).
2. If you use a LASH PRIMER or if you CURL your lashes, be sure to do it first.
3. Hold the wand horizontally, start at the base of the lashes and go right to the tips while wiggling the wand slightly from side to side.
4. Keep applying until you have achieved the desired degree of lash separation, volume, and length.
5. Build additional volume by applying as many coats as you wish. For additional length, focus on the tips of the lashes with a few strokes.
6. Once you have finished, clean the bottle neck and opening of any residual mascara and close the bottle tightly.
