Getting accurate blood pressure readings with the Bios Compact Blood Pressure Monitor is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Position the cuff appropriately on your arm.
- Select the measurement mode you want (3X Averaging or Single mode).
- Press the START/STOP button until all symbols appear on the screen.
- Connect the app with the monitor or press the START/STOP button again to begin measurement.
- Wait for the cuff to inflate and deflate, while the monitor detects your heartbeat.
- View your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate readings on the display.
And that’s it! The Bios Compact Blood Pressure Monitor will automatically turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
