Instructions:
Take 2-3 tablets per meal with your first bite of food, or 1 tablet per 1/2 cup serving of gas-producing food. Take up to 20 tablets per day. Beano Tablets are easy to swallow, chew, or crumble. Store between 15C -25C.
Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredient: Alpha-galactosidase enzyme (5.2 mg / tablet, equivalent to 150 GALU / tablet), derived from Aspergillus niger.
