Instructions:

For adults and children over 6 months of age, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying. Remember to limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses for added protection.
