Atlas Dexidin 2% Detergent Pump 450 mL

Atlas Dexidin 2% Detergent Pump is a topical antibacterial skin cleanser for people who need a low-sudsing wash for skin cleansing, handwashing when high aseptic conditions are noncritical, or cleansing for acne prone skin.

This product is a 450 mL solution in a pump with chlorhexidine gluconate 2% w/v. It is applied to the skin and rinsed off after use; follow the label directions for handwashing and for once- or twice-daily facial cleansing.

Directions

Antiseptic handwashing: Use this product when high aseptic conditions are noncritical. Wet hands. Apply approximately 5 mL of Dexidin 2 Detergen skin cleanser. Rub 1 minute. Rinse. Antiseptic Cleansing for Acne Prone Skin: Use following procedure once or twice daily. Wash your hands with a small amount of Dexidin 2 Detergent skin cleanser and water, rinse. Wet face. Work up suds using a small portion of Dexidin 2 Detergent skin cleanser in palm of hands. Rub gently into face. Rinse and repeat procedure and massage suds gently into face for 4 to 5 minutes, adding water as needed. Rinse well and pat dry.

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. If any contact with eyes, rinse eyes immediately for a few minutes under free running water. In case of swallowing, drink milk or vegetable oil. Call a physician at once. If irritation develops or increases, discontinue use. Hypochlorite bleaching of garments that have been in contact with chlorhexidine may develop brown stains, replace bleaching agent by Sodium Perborate. Product DIN: 00832138.
