Instructions:
For adults and children (6 years and older), dissolve the contents of one envelope into 30 ml (1oz) of warm water. Swirl the solution in your mouth in two separate rinses of 30 seconds each. Do not swallow. Expel the oral rinse and do not eat or drink for 20 minutes. Use three times daily after meals or as directed by your dentist or physician. One envelope contains 1.7g of the medicinal ingredient.
