Instructions:
For best results, use Always Ultra Thin Pads Size 3 Extra Long Super Absorbency Unscented with Wings during your period. Peel the paper off the back of the pad and press it onto your underwear. Make sure the wings are folded over the sides of your underwear to keep the pad in place. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed.
