Instructions:
Adults and children 1 and older should take 1 teaspoon daily. Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains fish oil (4,340 mg) from anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel, providing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) at 750 mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) at 500 mg, and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) at 25 mcg (1000 IU). The liquid formula is easy to swallow and quickly absorbed by the body.
