You did not deliver what I purchased that is pictured, it really looks like a Bait And Switch situation.
CTC Health Support Team (store manager) –
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and please accept our sincere apologies for the surprise and concern regarding the appearance of the packaging! We completely understand why seeing an exterior box or bottle that differs from the website photo would raise questions.
We want to reassure you directly: this is absolutely not a “bait and switch.” We 100% guarantee that the product you received is the exact, genuine item you ordered, manufactured to the highest quality assurance standards and sourced through authorized supply channels.
Here is what occurred:
Manufacturer Packaging Redesign:
Product manufacturers periodically refresh their exterior packaging, graphics, font styling, and box layouts. While the exterior branding has been updated by the maker, the underlying formulation, active ingredients, and product quality remain completely identical.
Website Photo Updated:
The photo displayed on our website was an older promotional image from an earlier production run. Because we had not yet refreshed the gallery image to match the manufacturer’s latest release, the discrepancy caused understandable confusion. Following your message, our catalog team has updated the product image on our website to reflect the manufacturer’s current exterior packaging.
Authenticity & Quality Guarantee:
You can verify this directly by checking the manufacturer UPC barcode and lot number on your packaging. The item you received is 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and safe to use with total confidence.
We sincerely apologize again for the misunderstanding and the distress caused by the outdated website photo!
If you have any further questions or if you would like us to cross-reference the batch or UPC barcode on your box,
