We currently use Canada Post, USPS or Fedex to ship products to customers in United States. It takes 7-10 business days if there is no delay at the Customs. Due to the safety measure, please allow 1-3 business days for our staff to process the order at our warehouse locations.

Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS and Fedex. The choice is based on the type of shipment. You may see the USPS label started from WA, US. That is the first stop after our trucks cross the border.

Important Update Regarding U.S. Shipments (Effective September 6, 2025)

We are proud to serve our valued customers across the United States from our facility in Canada.

Recently, the U.S. government has made a significant change to its import regulations. Effective August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” exemption, which previously allowed most shipments valued under $800 USD to enter the country free of duties and taxes, has been eliminated.

What This Means For You: No More Surprise Fees!

Instead of facing unpredictable charges from the carrier upon delivery, we have streamlined the process.

A flat 15% U.S. Customs & Tariff & Broker Fee will be applied to the product total of all U.S.-bound orders at checkout.

• Landed Cost Guarantee: This all-inclusive fee is designed to cover all anticipated U.S. duties, taxes, and brokerage/advancement fees required to clear your package through U.S. Customs.

• No Surprises: The total price you pay at our checkout is the final price. There will be no surprise bills from USPS or other carriers upon delivery.

• Smoother Deliveries: By handling these fees upfront, we ensure your package clears customs smoothly and without the delays that can occur with unpaid duties.

We believe this new policy, while reflecting the new reality of U.S. import laws, provides a better, more predictable shopping experience for our U.S. customers.

• Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicine Limits:

Please note that U.S. regulations limit the quantity of any single over-the-counter medicine product to a 90-day supply per shipping address. Your order may contain multiple different OTC products, but each must adhere to this limit.
