Instructions:
Begin by shaking the eyeliner well before use. Starting from the inner corner of the eye, use the brush to draw a thin line along the lash line. Continue to draw the line outward, gradually increasing the thickness as desired. For a winged look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of the eye and draw a diagonal line back towards the lash line. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes fully.
