To use, twist up the pencil and apply to your upper and lower waterlines. Use the perfectly designed tip to trace the bottom rim of your lashes, smoothing to the corner and back. Repeat on your upper waterline, using a clean finger to open your eyelid slightly and tracing between your lashline and upper rim to fill in the space. Do not over-twist as the product is non-retractable.
