Instructions:
Apply Sunthera3 SPF30 Sun Protection Lotion liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying. For optimal protection, reapply at least every 2 hours.
