For best results, read the directions inside the box before use. Two kits may be required for very long or thick hair. Begin by mixing the lightening bleach and Splat oxide in a non-metallic bowl. Apply the mixture to dry hair, starting at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Leave the mixture on for up to 60 minutes, depending on your desired level of lightness. Rinse thoroughly and dry hair completely. Next, apply Splat hair color to your hair, starting at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Leave the color on for up to 60 minutes, depending on your desired level of intensity. Rinse thoroughly and style as desired.
