Instructions:
Application is a breeze. Simply clean and dry the affected area, peel back the large liner from the Blister Pad, and apply to the affected area without touching the center of the pad, taking care to smooth it over with a rolling motion. Once smooth, remove the small release liner. Blister Pads should not be left on longer than five days without changing. Once the pad begins to loosen itself over time, remove it gently by pulling away from the skin.
