Always follow the label. Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Brush teeth thoroughly (for at least 1 minute), twice daily, preferably after each meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Spit out and do not swallow. Use no more than 3 times/day. For fast relief, brush sensitive teeth first OR squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive area for 1 minute before brushing. Direct fingertip application should be limited to twice daily.

Medicinal ingredients: stannous fluoride 0.454% w/w (0.11% w/w fluoride ion).

Non-medicinal ingredients: (alpha) cocamidopropyl betaine, flavour, glycerin, hydrated silica, peg-8, pentasodium triphosphate, polyacrylic acid, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium saccharin, titanium dioxide.
