Instructions:
To achieve the perfect cat eye look, slowly guide the tip along your lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye. Then, angle the tip from the outer corner up toward the end of your brow and press to create the perfect cat eye flick. Connect to the lash line and fill in as desired.
