Instructions:

To use Philips One by Sonicare, simply apply toothpaste to the bristles and place in your mouth. Turn on the toothbrush and move it around your mouth in a circular motion for 2 minutes, making sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth. The toothbrush will notify you every 30 seconds to switch to a different quadrant of your mouth. After 2 minutes, turn off the toothbrush and rinse your mouth and the toothbrush head with water.
