Instructions:
Step 1: Using the sharpened tip of a darker MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil, apply it to the outer crease of each eye and along the lash lines.
Step 2: Smudge with a stippling brush or the pads of your fingers to soften and blend the shimmering color.
Add a lighter MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil to the inner corner, center of your eyelid and highest point of your brow bone to add a little extra glow and oomph to your look.
