Instructions:
To apply, start at the inner corner of the eye and work outward along the top and bottom lash line. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last™ pencil eyeliner. Use the Nude shade in the lower waterline to open up and brighten eyes. The eyeliner can be sharpened using a makeup pencil sharpener.
