Using Life Brand Ultra Thin Long Super with Flexi-Wings pads is easy. Simply open the pouch, remove the pad, and press it into your underwear. Keep the pouch for disposal. Then, peel the paper tabs from the Flexi-Wings, wrap them around the sides of your underwear, and attach them by pressing the underside of your underwear.
