Instructions:
Using Life Brand Life Maxi Overnight Extra Heavy Flow with Flexi-Wings® is easy. Simply open the pouch, remove the pad, and press it into your underwear. Keep the pouch for disposal. Then, peel the paper tabs from the Flexi-Wings®, wrap the wings around the sides of your underwear, and attach by pressing the underside of your underwear.

To dispose of the pad, detach the wings from your underwear and remove the pad. Roll and fold the pad, and place it into the pouch. Dispose of the pouch in a wastebasket – do not flush.
