Instructions:
For adults and children over 13 years old, mix 1 rounded teaspoon (12.0g) with 1 glass (250mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. For children aged 6-12 years, mix 1/2 adult dose (6.0g) with 1 glass (250mL) of liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly in the dosage level given and drink immediately. Drink an additional full glass (250mL) of liquid with each dose and maintain adequate fluid intake.

For cholesterol-lowering, use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. For appetite suppression, take 2 rounded teaspoons (14.0g) 1-3 times daily before a meal. Mix into a 250mL glass of cool liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly and drink immediately, and maintain adequate fluid intake. For occasional use only in suppressing appetite.
