Suitable for adults and children 6 years and above, it contains psyllium seed husk and is sweetened with aspartame.

Instructions:

For adults and children 13 years and older, mix 1 rounded teaspoon (5.8 g) with 1 glass (250 mL) of cold liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. For children 6-12 years, mix 1/2 adult dose (2.9g) with 1 glass (250 ml) of liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly in the dosage level given and drink immediately. Drink an additional (250 mL) full glass of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake. For cholesterol-lowering effects, use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. For appetite suppression, take 2 rounded teaspoons (14.0 g) 1 – 3 times daily before a meal. Mix into a 250 mL glass of cool liquid up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects can be observed 12 – 24 hours after first dose, and may take 2 – 3 days. Minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until desired effect is obtained. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. For Occasional Use only in suppressing appetite.
