Instructions:
For adults, take 2 tablets at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Allow 6 to 12 hours for the laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take 2-3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Do not use for more than 7 days.
