Instructions:
Applying the wrap is easy, simply put it around the waist, and the side straps extend up to 70 inches for comfortable fit and size adjustability. Make sure the control connector is securely attached to the pad connector before plugging the unit into an outlet. To turn the pad on, press the push-button and select from four settings by pressing the push-button successively to achieve the desired heat level. To turn the heat wrap off, scroll through the remaining heat settings by pressing the push-button sequentially. The wrap is machine washable for easy maintenance.
