Ginger has been traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic (carminative).

Instructions:
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 capsules every 4 hours, 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single capsule at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.
Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredient (in each capsule): organic ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) 20 mg, equivalent to 400 mg ginger dried rhizome or 25% gingerols. Non-Medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerol, purified water, soybean oil.
