Instructions:
For best results, it is recommended to wear a wristband on each wrist before and during the duration of travel. Precise positioning of the wristband may improve results.
- Place the wristband over the wrists with the plastic button facing the inside of the wrist.
- Find the acupressure points on each wrist by applying three fingers across the wrist, starting from the crease at the bottom of the hand.
- Locate the two tendons that run parallel to each other in the wrist with your index finger. The button on the wristband should be centered here.
- For best results, wristbands should be worn on both wrists.
