Instructions:
To use the Life Brand Adult’s Swim Cap, follow these simple steps:
1. Secure long hair with a hair elastic in a bun or ponytail.
2. With both hands, open swim cap, keeping thumbs on the inside of the cap.
3. Tilt head forward and place the front of the cap on forehead.
4. Pull cap backwards towards neck until it reaches below hairline.
