To use the Laura Mercier Powder Brush, first, pick up the product by pressing the bristles into the powder. Next, press the brush onto the back of your hand to work the powder into the brush. This will ensure that the powder is loaded into the bristles and minimize fallout. Gently tap the brush once on the back of your hand to shake off any excess product. Tap and press the loaded bristle all over the area first. After the product has been placed, blend it in.

For precise and detailed application, hold the brush at the center of the handle or closer to the ferrule. Pinch the brush handle between your thumb and middle finger. For added control, use your pointer finger with a light touch on the handle. This will act as a guide during application.

To protect the brush fibers, pick up product and cleanse in the direction of the hair. Never swirl or harshly rub brushes on any surface. Shape and allow the brush to air dry on a flat surface. Do not stand brushes on end to dry. When traveling, carry brushes separately from other makeup to protect the bristles from bending and fraying.
