Instructions:

1. Apply the Cils Booster eyelash primer from the roots to the tips of the lashes
2. Before Cils Booster XL dries, apply Hypnôse Absolu de Noir volumizing mascara in a zig-zag movement to catch all lashes on the lash fringe
3. For best results, use on both the lower and upper lashes
