To use the Hollister Adapt Ostomy Appliance Belt, attach it to one belt loop with the belt tab facing away from your skin. Pull the belt and ensure the tab is engaged in the locked position. Then, wrap the belt around the back of your waist, leaving about 1-1/2 to 2 inches (3.8 – 5 cm) of space from the next belt loop when unstretched. Adjust the length of the belt if needed.
