Instructions:
For adults, take 1 caplet every 8-12 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 3 caplets in 24 hours. It is recommended to take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure. This product is not recommended for children under 12.
