Extra Strength Benadryl Total Allergy & Sinus Caplets treat multiple allergy and sinus symptoms for complete relief. Each caplet contains the pain reliever acetaminophen, the antihistamine diphenhydramine hydrochloride, and the decongestant pseudoephedrine hydrochloride to relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, skin itch and hives, plus sinus pain, nasal and sinus congestion, and sinus headache. Extra Strength Benadryl Total Allergy & Sinus Caplets come in a package of 30 caplets. This medication is for adult use only (12 years and older): take 2 caplets every six hours while symptoms persist, but do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use if allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash, or itching develop.
