Instructions:
For best results, brush your teeth thoroughly with Crest 3D White Advanced Charcoal Whitening Toothpaste twice a day. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush and brush for two minutes. Spit and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Children under six years of age should use only a pea-sized amount and be supervised while brushing.
