Instructions:
For best results, read and follow instructions on enclosed leaflet. Apply Clairol Blonde It Up to dry hair, starting at the roots and working towards the ends. Leave on for the recommended time, then rinse thoroughly. Pair with Shimmer Lights Conditioner to tone down brassiness and maintain brightness on lightened hair. Use immediately after lightening for a cool neutral tone or 1-2 weeks later to prevent brassy tones. For external use only.
