Instructions:

For children from 1 to 8 years old, take 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) at breakfast and 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) at supper. For children from 9 to 18 years old, take 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) at breakfast and 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) at supper. Adults should take 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) at breakfast and 3 teaspoonfuls (15 mL) at supper. Adrien Gagnon Magnesium Liquid can be taken pure or with water or fruit juice.
