Instructions:
Take Adrien Gagnon Magnesium Liquid with food for best results. The recommended dosage for children (1 to 8 years of age) is 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 2 times per day. For children (9 to 18 years of age), the recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons (10 mL) 2 times per day. Adults should take 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 mL) 2 times per day. Each 5 mL of this liquid supplement contains 100 mg of magnesium chloride, equivalent to 11.85 mg of elemental magnesium.
